Automatic splicing machine IFS-9 of South Korean Company INNO Instrument is a small-sized, light-weight and quick device for splicing optical fibers. It is designed for splicing of the most common types of optical fibers aligned by the OF core. Splicing machine IFS-9 is provided with a convenient and intuitive graphical user interface that makes work much simpler.

Fully automatic splicing machine CORINGER AFS-50 differs from the previous model AFS-40 by its enhanced functionality, much smaller size and weight. Coringer AFS-50 can automatically adjust fibers using the alignment technique by fiber cores, which ensures excellent characteristics of the splice joint. Compact and lightweight splicing machine is performed in modern ergonomic design.

Designed for work in the most demanding operating conditions, automatic splicing machine Fujikura FSM-60S (for splicing of optical fibers) is highly protected from dust and moisture, resistant to shocks and drops, and ensures operation within -10 to +50°C temperature range. Designed to splice any type of optical fiber (aligned by FO core). Fujikura FSM-60S is more compact than Fujikura FSM-50S. FSM-60S machine splices a fiber in 9 seconds, has heat-shrink oven with auto-start, and updates the firmware via the Internet. Stated loss during splicing of single-mode fiber – 0.02 dB.

As well as the FSM-60S, this machine well protected from dust, moisture, vibration and shock. Designed for splicing of all types of optical fibers with aligning by OF sheath in a V-shaped groove. A special screwable working table is supplied bundled with the case.

Automatic Arc Fusion Splicer Fujikura FSM-50S

Super compact splicing machine Fujikura FSM-11S SpliceMate is applicable at installation and operation of local and intra-city optical networks. With its linear dimensions of about 10 cm and weight 810 g, the machine can automatically identify and splice all major types of optical fibers, quickly and accurately assess the loss, and test KDZS for stress and heat shrink.
